Events I've Hosted

I make room for conversations that matter.

From a candid room for founder-parents at Basecamp to a builder-focused panel and buildathon at Bengaluru Tech Week, I host gatherings that turn shared challenges into momentum.

For Parents Raising Both Company & Children

Basecamp 2026 · Bengaluru

Created and hosted a candid space for founders and builders who are also parents — people doing two demanding jobs at once, with not nearly enough room to speak honestly about either.

Featured speakers included Dr. Jinashree Rajendrakumar, India's first Certified Gottman Couples Therapist and a PhD in Psychology. After 17 years as a software engineer and technical lead at Cisco, HP, and Wipro — plus founding her own company — she spoke about keeping a partnership strong while building something all-consuming.

Swaroop Madavan, Founder & CEO of ParentOf, the world's first AI-based cognitive intelligence platform for learners, brought 19+ years in behavioural science and cognitive technology. His conversation explored one of the biggest concerns for founder-parents: raising children in a world being rapidly reshaped by AI.

The room made space for the changing nature of risk, the guilt and emotional load that come with building, and the difficult question of what happens when a startup does not work out. It filled beyond capacity — exactly the kind of signal that this conversation was needed.

Vibe to Prod

Bengaluru Tech Week · AI House

Co-hosted a speaker panel, Q&A, and three-hour buildathon for people ready to take their vibe-coded projects from prototype to production.

Builders learned directly from engineers and founders, then got hands-on guidance from mentors while making their own projects real. One venue change, many calls, and a full room later: the conversations and builds made the scramble worth it.

Have a room worth bringing together?

I am always excited by a good idea, a useful conversation, and the people who make both happen.
